How It Works
Our process is simple and hands-on from start to finish. It begins with a complimentary consultation where we learn about your family, your children, your schedule, and what you actually need in a caregiver. From there, we build a clear candidate profile together and get to work sourcing from our extensive network and database of vetted NYC childcare professionals. We personally interview every candidate before presenting you with a shortlist of people we genuinely believe are the right fit. We coordinate interviews on your timeline, share our insights, and once you select your match, we handle the background check, reference verification, and work agreement so both sides start on the same page. After placement, we check in to make sure everything is going smoothly.
