We've been placing exceptional nannies nationwide since 2013. Here's exactly what it costs and how it works.

Brooklyn Manny & Nanny works on a retained model. That means we take on a limited number of searches at a time, and every family we work with is a priority, not one of thirty open jobs. It's why our families get placed in weeks, not months.

What Your Fee Covers

A dedicated search led by our team. We've been matching Brooklyn families with exceptional caregivers since 2013.

Multiple rounds of candidate vetting and in-depth interviews

At least three professional reference checks per candidate, completed by us, not outsourced

Opt-inComprehensive background checks on your chosen candidate

Interview coordination, trial scheduling, and offer guidance

A written work agreement template and onboarding support

Our replacement guarantee: if it's not the right fit within the first [90] days, we run the search again at no additional placement fee

Two Ways To Work With Us

Standard Search

12% of your nanny's first-year gross compensation

A one-time agency fee, calculated based on what you'll pay your nanny in year one. For full-time, live-out positions with standard hours in our core Brooklyn and Manhattan neighborhoods. These are searches where our candidate bench runs deep, so we pass that confidence on to you.

50% to begin your search. 50% before trials begin. Your replacement guarantee starts the moment your trial does.

Complex Search

15% of your nanny's first-year gross compensation

For live-in roles, newborn care, special needs experience, part-time or non-standard schedules, multilingual requirements, relocations, and searches outside our core area. These searches take more time, deeper sourcing, and a more specialized bench. The fee is due at signing, because the real work starts the moment you do.

50% to begin your search. 50% when we present your candidate shortlist. From that point forward, our replacement guarantee has you covered.

A minimum placement fee of $3,000 applies to all searches.
