Position Overview & Family

A warm, active family in Windsor Terrace is seeking an experienced, confident caregiver to care for two spirited boys — ages 3 and 1.5 — from April 1st through June 15th, 2026. This family values a nanny who is genuinely engaged, loves getting outside, and brings energy and experience to every interaction. The ideal candidate is a true professional who is equally comfortable with a busy toddler and an active baby on the go!

Schedule & Location

Monday through Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Thursday and Friday: 12:00 PM – 4:00/5:00 PM (approximately 20 hours/week) Located in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn. Position runs April 1 – June 15, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for a 3-year-old and a 1.5-year-old simultaneously

• Plan and lead engaging outdoor activities, outings to parks, and neighborhood adventures

• Support age-appropriate play, curiosity, and developmental activities

• Prepare light snacks and meals for the children as needed

• Maintain a safe, tidy environment during care hours

• Communicate regularly and proactively with parents about the children's day

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience caring for toddlers and young children simultaneously

• Comfortable and enthusiastic about outdoor, active play in all reasonable weather

• Confident, proactive caregiver — someone who takes initiative and brings their expertise

• Strong references from previous childcare positions

• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Compensation

• $40/hour

• Temporary position: April 1 – June 15, 2026
